Not at all. No dance background is required and all levels are welcome. Movements are broken down and designed to be simple, repeatable, and easy to follow so you can have fun and move at your own pace.

Absolutely. These classes are designed to support all fitness levels. Whether you are returning to movement or just getting started, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and modify as needed.

Wear breathable, comfortable activewear that allows for full movement. We recommend leggings, athletic shorts, a supportive top, and athletic sneakers with a cushioned flexible sole that allows for pivoting and dancing comfortably.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide everything else including a sweat towel, mat if needed, and any equipment used during class.

Each class is 45 minutes. Long enough to maximize your results and short enough to fit into your day.

Dance Cardio is a fun, feel-good workout that combines simple choreography, upbeat music, and low-impact full-body exercises to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and boost confidence.
Step Bootcamp is a high energy conditioning class that blends choreographed step aerobics sequences with strength training and HIIT-style intervals to build endurance, muscular strength, and ignite fat-burning results.

Classes are held in Old Town Tustin, CA at Zen Life Fitness & Wellness Collective in the same building as Blondies Style Boutique.

Yes! Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the building.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a small cancellation fee.
